Withdrawal period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, no return will be accepted.

Return procedure

To initiate a return, contact our customer service with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid return label. Repackage your product carefully and drop it off at your designated pick-up point or carrier.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund is processed within 7 to 14 business days to your bank account or digital wallet. Initial shipping costs remain your responsibility, except in the case of a product defect.
