📝 How to make a return?

1. Contact us by email at contact@akimania.fr or by phone at 09 87 10 42 75, providing your order number and reason for the return.
2. Receive your return authorisation with shipping instructions.
3. Carefully package the product in its original packaging if possible, with all accessories.
4. Ship the parcel to the address provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
5. Refund processed within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

🔧 Defective Product or Warranty

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects. If you receive a defective product:

• Return shipping costs are covered by us
• We will process an exchange or full refund (shipping costs included)
• Please attach photos of the defect to your request to speed up processing
