How can I pay for my order on the website?

All our payment methods have been carefully selected to make the ordering process as smooth and simple as possible.

The Prestatic.fr website offers you the following payment methods:

Credit card, PayPal, Bancontact,

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept the following credit cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard.

Carte Bleue cards can only be used in France.

3D Secure

Is my payment secure?

Payment on the Prestatic.com website is secured by the partner Paygreen using the 3DSecure protocol.

The 3D Secure protocol helps limit the risks of fraud on the Internet related to identity theft attempts. It ensures that, with each online payment, the card is being used by its rightful holder. Fields are provided for you to enter your bank card number, the expiry date and the 3 digits of the security code on the back of your card. In addition to the bank card number, the card's expiry date and the three digits of the security code printed on the back of the card, you must enter a password to authenticate your payment. All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. It is also not stored on our computer systems. For your security, Paygreen verifies that the connection with your browser is secure before sending your financial data. Paygreen is a technical service provider and does not handle claims related to orders. These must be resolved directly with Prestatic.com or your bank depending on the nature of your query. If your payment is accepted, you will be redirected to an order confirmation screen on our website. If your payment is not accepted, you have up to 3 attempts to re-enter your bank details. After the 3rd refusal, you will be redirected to our website to a screen notifying you of the refusal of your payment. Contact our customer service to find out the reasons and work together to finalise your order.

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay for your Internet purchases simply, quickly, securely and without fees. Your bank details or credit card information are only stored on the PayPal website. They are therefore not transmitted over the Internet with each order. To pay, it only takes two clicks; you simply use your payment information stored on the PayPal website (bank details or credit card information) instead of entering it again with each purchase. PayPal payments are processed quickly. The seller can therefore ship the ordered items immediately and you generally receive them sooner than with other payment methods.

After completing your payment, you simply click the button that redirects you to our website. Don't have a PayPal account yet? To ensure the payment process runs smoothly, we recommend creating a free PayPal account before placing your order.

Pre-authorisation

A payment pre-authorisation is made on the day the order is actually placed. This amount is not debited.

The secure online payment provider STRIPE PAYMENTS EUROPE Ltd, using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, takes a bank card imprint. Bank details are never held by the Prestatic website.
The imprint does not result in a debit to the customer's bank account (except for certain prepaid cards). It is a pre-authorisation to verify that the customer's account balance is sufficient for payment of the products in their selection and that the payment method provided is valid. If the customer's balance is insufficient and/or the bank card is invalid, the order will be refused.
The customer undertakes to provide a valid payment method and to have sufficient funds corresponding to the planned debit. For any order, Prestatic reserves the right to require from the customer authorisation for a deposit in the amount of the requested order, in order to continue preparing the order. In case of refusal, the order is cancelled. In case of acceptance by the customer, the deposit is refunded and/or deducted from the amount of items kept after validation of returns.
In case of an incident during the implementation of the planned debit, penalties in the amount of one and a half (1.5) times the French legal interest rate shall apply automatically to unpaid amounts from the notification of the bank payment rejection. In case of dispute, discounts or promotional offers will no longer be valid.


The customer expressly acknowledges that providing their bank card number to Prestatic constitutes authorisation to debit their bank account for the amount of the products ordered. Where applicable, an order cancellation notification for non-payment is sent to the customer at the email address provided by the customer upon registration on the website.


Payment is made by bank card: Visa, EuroCard, MasterCard, CB.
The Stripe secure payment system is used by the website https://www.Prestatic.com.

The personal information that customers are required to provide is fully protected and encrypted before transmission to the processing centre.

When the full amount of money owed is not paid by the customer, it becomes an outstanding debt. To this end, we may be required to share your personal data with our debt collection service provider.

The customer warrants to Prestatic that they are fully authorised to use the payment card for the payment of their order and that their payment methods legally provide access to sufficient funds to cover all purchases.
